In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing system owned by MAC HOTELS*, integrated by the companies mentioned at the end of this document and its registered office at GREMI TINTORERS 25ª 07009 PALMA DE MALLORCA (ILLES BALEARS), in order to process your reservation. In compliance with the current legislation, MAC HOTELS*, informs you that the processing of the data is legitimated by the right performance of the contract as well as by the data subject consent with regard to commercial communications.

In the same way, MAC HOTELS* notifies you that the personal data included in this contract and other data that may derive from the legal relationship will be kept while the relationship remains and during the period of time established by the legislation applicable in each case.

By means of this clause you are also informed that the data will, if necessary, be disclosed to public administrations and any other entities when such disclosure is necessary in order to fulfil the provision of the above-mentioned service.

Failure to provide the data to these entities will mean that the provision of the services covered by this contract cannot be fulfilled. We also inform you that you can contact the Data Protection Officer of MAC HOTELS*, by sending an email to dpo@mac-hotels.com .

MAC HOTELS* also informs you that it will process the data in a lawful, honest, transparent, appropriate, relevant, limited, accurate and updated manner. MAC HOTELS* therefore undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that they will be deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate. In accordance with the rights conferred on you by the current legislation on Personal Data Protection, you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by writing an email to dpo@mac-hotels.com .

You may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to submit any claim you deem appropriate. In addition and in keeping with Article 21 of Law 34/2002, of June 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we also request your express consent to send you publicity on our products or offers that we think may be of interest to you, whether via email or by any other equivalent means of communication.
